Postal Information
Please allow 7-10 business days for retail orders to be posted. We do
keep an inventory of items in stock, so we will often post the next day.
However, we hand-dye everything ourselves so some orders may take longer. For
your peace of mind we will give you an estimated postal time when your order
is placed. Need something in a hurry?

Faulty Items, Refunds and Returns
The team at Magic Starfish carefully check and package all your items before
sending them out. In the unlikely event that a faulty item escapes our
attention please read through the following:
- We request that you
contact us via email immediately after receiving your order.
- Please include the following information in your email.
- Details of the nature of the problem/reason for return.
- Your Name.
- Invoice Number.
- Product Name/Code.
- Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
- Faulty items must be returned in original unworn condition, with
labels and tags still intact.
- We cannot exchange
any item that has been washed.
- Complaints regarding faulty items must be lodged within 7 days of
receiving your order.
- A Return Authorisation Number is required
before returning any goods.
- Replacement items will not be sent until the return item is received
by Magic Starfish in original unworn condition, with labels and tags
still intact.
- Shipping costs will not be included in any refund.
- We are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in
transit.
The pattern I received isn't exactly the same as the web store sample
When you order, please remember, each item is individually hand-dyed.
The style photo will give you a good idea of the pattern you have selected,
however, slight variations in color or design or in color placement within the
item are normal for hand-dyed items. It is what makes hand-dyed tie-dye
unique: no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, some sizes will be out of stock. Should this happen, we
will contact you immediately.
- You can choose to cancel your order.
- Choose an alternate product.
- We can back-order your item.
- In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in-stock
can be dispatched to you, and the back-ordered item shipped at our own
expense.
Where do you post to?
We use Australia Post Parcel Post for all our deliveries. We
will happily send items all over Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe, USA and Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and direct bank deposits.
Goods paid for by direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has
cleared.
